Service Guidelines
We want you to enjoy your experience with us. Therefore we recommend talking with your spa technician to help them customize your treatment to ensure your maximum enjoyment and satisfaction.
You let us know the dates and times that would be best for you to have a Home Spa Treatment or Spa Party. We will schedule a technician's) who is available for one of those times.
Once a time has been scheduled we will call you back to confirm (your credit card will not be charged until the day before your appointment). A $100 deposit is required to hold the reservations for parties. An email confirmation will be sent with all the details of your treatment or spa party.
All treatments are performed on a massage table. Manicures and pedicures are done on a chair or couch. The Spa technician(s) will arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to set up. At that time please inform your technician of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Our spa technicians are equipped with a massage table, towels, sheets, everything necessary to perform a home spa therapy.
Our Spa technicians take great care in insuring your privacy, all body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. We usually recommend a 2 piece bathing suit if you are uncomfortable being nude . It is recommended that you shower prior to a body treatment.
Reservations
Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 1 week advance notice for spa parties. Reservations can be made by calling 1.866.48 SPA.4U or e-mail customerservice@passionatepamepringmobilespa.com
There is a $65 minimum for individual in-home spa services and $200 minimum for spa party services. We will need to know the number of people in your party and what treatments each guest would like in order to bring the appropriate equipment.
Payment Policy
Guests will pay hostess in full for all services rendered. The hostess will provide full payment for the Party either by check or via paypal (if hostess has an internet connection to conduct the transaction). Passionate Pampering Mobile Spa does not accept any cash, except for gratuities (tip).
Cancellation Policy
Individual service calls require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancellation to receive a 100% refund or a minimum of 4 hours notice to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund of deposit. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
Gratuities
If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your Spa Technician. For Spa Parties a 15% gratuity is added to the total cost of service.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 16 years of age. Clients under the age of 16 must have adult supervision.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our Spa technicians will refuse a treatment if any of the following apply: Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation Broken skin or lesions.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of pampering and relaxation at home. A PASSIONATE PAMPERING Gift Certificate is guaranteed to make anyone on your list very happy.
Hours of Operation
6 days a week (except on major holidays)
Spa Technicians are available between 8am - 8pm
